I hung out today Mrs. Luci Fowler (Hannah's mother) and Lucienne (Hannah's daughter) today. I had such a good time with the two, and must say that it has been the best day bye far! I have been so over this liquid diet craziness and needed a distraction. I had completely banned myself from watching TV because I decided it has way too many commercials advertising FOOD! I Facebooked my anger saying "I don't want what I can eat, I want what I cannot eat!!!!!!
So with that, I thought it was best to make this a busy day. I read some of my book on CD..."Confessions of a Shopaholic", blogged, answered emails and made phone calls. I did some walking and breathing exercises to strengthen my lungs. I was able to get up out of my lazy boy by myself (I am sleeping in one for a couple of weeks until I can strengthen my stomach muscles and pull myself up from the bed/laying flat), took a bird bath, walked up stairs(stairs are hard), fixed my own lunch and ate outside on the patio! Luci helped me get dressed, washed my hair for the first time in 7 DAYS!!! She also graciously combed out all the knots and kinks in my crazy lion mane of hair. We talked, prayed, and had a fabulous day together. She is such an amazing lady! Thank you Miss Fowler for turning my day into the bestest day ever after surgery!
