We celebrated Hannah's 28th Birthday this weekend. It's hard to believe that she is only 28! A wife, a mother, a homeowner and an amazing woman! I had such a great time helping her celebrate her birthday. We ate at Pure Taquria in downtown Woodstock near her new house. Dennis and her recently purchased their first house off Bells Ferry Road and could not be any happier. After dinner we continued the celebration at their beautiful brick house with a slumber party!
I have lost 121 pounds so far! I am almost under 200 pounds and could not be more thrilled about it! I have 17 more pounds to hit my next goal and have been working really hard to get there. I am keeping up with my exercise routine and adding some circuit training. I met with Hannah's personal trainer last week, Julie and I learned lots of new tricks to get my body toned up. I am going to borrow Hannah's Pilate's ball and add this in addition to my bender ball work out routine. I learned some new stretching techniques too! I have been taking Zoey (my dog) to the dog park and letting her run around while I do my circuit training on the grass hill. There are 5 techniques that I do 2 reps of each. Julie wants me to get to 4 reps...but it is so hard!! I really felt the burn and the soreness later that day. I want my legs, abs and butt to get toned up for the warmer weather wear!
